lyrics

I don't want to let you go
I don't want to leave it be
I just wish we had a little more time
So you could hear just what I say

Look At Yourself, you're beautiful
You could be everything to me
If you let me come over, I'll show you I love you
Why can't it be?

It's been a really long time since I've listened to my heart
And done just what I've felt
I don't want to lose you to circumstance
I just want to be with no one but you

Look At Yourself, you're beautiful
You could be everything to me
If you let me come over, I'll show you I love you
Why can't it be?

I need to listen to my heart so I can be with you
Cause I never get feelings quite like this
I remember your eyes, I remember your smile
I remember all of you like it was yesterday

about

SiMent Milford, Connecticut

Formidable power-pop band SiMent formed in Milford, CT in 1995 with Dave Novak, Ralph Thompson and Brian McGarry. In 1997, Jason Weaver completed the lineup.

After a nine-year hiatus, SiMent emerged in 2013 to write a new album as a fundraising effort for Brian McGarry's memorial educational fund. "Names" dropped in early 2014, followed by the 2017 EP "Sonata for Six Hands (Donuts for Dinner)".
