Suzy.. Suzy Foley
That used to be your name
before you had it changed
to DiPalermo.. whoa whoa ohhh
Yeah yeah, no.
We’ve all gotten older
We’ve all grown up
Well most of us anyways
To those who did not
We miss you a lot
And I never want that to change
And I never want that to change
One
Two
Two
Polly V Choride
You use to publish zines
before you moved and became the queen
of Long Island, so beguiling
Baby.
We’ve all gotten older
We’ve all grown up
Well most of us anyways
To those who did not
We miss you a lot
And I never want that to change
And I never want that to change

Hand me my punk rock pajamas
It’s time to strap on my wheeled shoes
Head on down to the Hangar
I got some girls to bruise
So on my way to get some coffee
you won't believe who cut me off
The hottest guy I have ever seen,
with hair like Hasselhoff
I don’t mind the lack of sunshine
as long as I have my Dew
It’s pretty weird here in Port-land
It might not be for you
Sipping my coffee from Stumptown
Heading across the Burnside
Daydreaming about my Lumpy
I couldn’t believe my eyes!
There goes that Hasselhoff jackass
and his troupe of unicyclists
Chasing down a pack of penguins
shaking their fists!
I should have kicked his ass
I should have taken his name
But instead of that
I instantly knitted a fabulous beanie, cut off his long flowing locks, put the beanie on his head
And then I walked away!
I don’t mind the lack of sunshine
as long as I have my Dew
It’s pretty weird here in Portland
It might not be for you

I want some food
Well how bout you?
A Pibb and a McRib for two
Perfect for a Sunday afternoon
sitting on the couch watching NFL
living standard definition television hell
after the game it’s off to Deep Space Nine
Got my Mellow Yellow, Hello, now I’m feeling fine
How many movies did you see this week?
I’m on a media consumption fucking winning streak
Posting pictures so you all can see
Now on to some tunes:
Ben Folds and Guster for the afternoon
BNL Billy Joel and Hotel Lights
Weezer Cake and Kweller to wrap up the night
How many apps did you grab this week?
I’m on a media consumption fucking winning streak
Posting status so you all can see
Mr Collins, we hardly knew ye
But all that shit went to your head
Mr Collins, we tried to save you
Time to disconnect and go outside instead

Headed north,
with Tara or Laura, we didn’t know
91 to 84, ya had to pay a toll
Finally get to see Liz Phair
Been waiting all my life
Lost my head in Whip Smart,
I didn’t even see the light
1 2 3 4
You can plan for everything
But you just don’t know
Worcester ate your car
But you still saw the show
Spinning came to a stop
I looked at Tara or Laura I didn’t know
Had to wait a whole hour
For a fucking tow
Ran straight to Boynton St
SiMent was waiting there
Ran up the hill to Harrington
Rock out to Liz Phair
5 6 7 8
You can plan for everything
But you just don’t know
Worcester ate your car
But you still saw the show
whoa whoa…
Dancing front row
with Tara or Laura I didn’t know
Pulled me up on stage to sing Cinco de Mayo!
You can plan for everything
But you just don’t know
Worcester ate your car
But you still saw the show
Worcester ate your car
Worcester ate your car
Worcester ate your car

Michael Henry, how old are you?
I've just got to know
It seems like it’s always
your fucking birthday
everywhere I go
The Chinese restaurant on Boylston St
The Rainforest Cafe is such a treat
Chocolate covered Lava cake
They’re on to you, you’re ID’s fake
Happy Birthday to the oldest guy I know
Michael Henry
Do you get tired?
I've just got to know
From the lung capacity required
for all the candles you blow
You’ve already been to the B this week
Let’s try the Sole because it’s across the street
Big entrees and ice cream shakes
Whatever things they fucking make
Happy Birthday to the oldest guy I know
Happy Birthday to the oldest guy I know
Happy Birthday to the oldest guy I know
Happy happy birthday
You’re the oldest fuck I know
Happy happy birthday
And now it's time to go.

Behind the wheel of a Mazda truck
He learned to drive, he learned to fuck
Now close your eyes and hold your breath
Narrowly escaping death
After the crash, he ran away
He only got a couple blocks away
When he got home, his dad was pissed
YOU FUCKING WRECKED MY TRUCK!
Kevo, how’d you go
From being fast to being last?
It wasn’t long before he bought a Metro
Back on the road he was ready set, go!
He jumped the canyon, did a barrel ro-ll
And then the ring of FIRE!
Kevo, how’d you go
From being fast to being last?
Kevo, how’d you go
From being fast to being last?

We met in high school
You skipped ahead in Physics dude
Your force never equaled M times A
We were effed when you left the Nutmeg State
But you left me all alone
Standing here Foran Road
You left me all alone
Unpacking boxes in your Brooklyn loft
Subway rattle keeps throwing you off
Still thinking about the Milford beach
Suburban times felt out of reach
Packed up my shit again
This time for home my friends
I think I got the sign
And I’m making her my wife
Now I’ll never be alone
I finally found my home
I’ll never be alone
When is something gonna happen for me
And will I see a sign?
Will I wake up one day
My future is defined?
And will it all work out for me?
I think it all worked out for me

We’re all made for many things
Many wrenches for many bolts
Earth still spins, fruits still grow
Strap on wings and boldly flow
Take over the second stream
Upturn rocks til' you find the one
Laugh it out, now let it go
Turn about, cause they don't know
We are all in the middle of it
We’re all in the middle of everything
Everything……….
The stuff we have don’t mean a thing
Disregard as we see fit
Untie the knot, you can’t get stuck
Fall head first, it wasn't luck
We are all in the middle of it
We’re all in the middle of everything
Everything……….

We wanted you to join our dumb little band
but instead you left us with a Mittleman
You had some hair when you got to Foran
But you shaved it all off and went bald instead
These are the stories of your life
This is one-third of your life
We’re all wondering what is coming next
These things all happen
You then moved one more state to the north
sucked it dry and moved on to LA
Before too long you made out like a Bandit
Kiss or Kill every night in Silver Lake
But LA wasn’t enough for you
You needed something more
Sign your life on the dotted line
And they’ll send you off to war
Now you’re off in a place where the sun goes to sleep
While we see it rise
There’s been so much fucked up shit over there that it must have
burned a hole in your eyes
These are the stories of your life
This is one-third of your life
We’re all wondering what is coming next
These things all happen
Now you’re back in the states
but you don’t have a clue anymore where home lies
You find yourself here with us in the Lone Star State
Which is more or less a state of mind

Well tall and shorts are a pairing
Years of memories we’re sharing
We knew it long ago
Walking down Foran Road
I wanted you in the worst way
Long before I’m the Birthday
I saw the future in your smile
You made me laugh all the while
And every time I see you
It does wonders for my eyes
I love the way you’re always acting so surprised
When I do the things you want me to
When I do the little things for you
Now we got proof of our existence
Look at those four eyes you can’t miss them
Years of happiness and health
Now I can dance all by myself!
And every time I see you
It does wonders for my eyes
I love the way you’re always acting so surprised
When I do the things you want me to
When I do the little things for you
When I do the little things for you
When I do the little things for you

SiMent Milford, Connecticut
